Smile On Purpose, LLC, is all about keeping a smile on your face. Therefore, we will try our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will try to compromise and discuss ways to ensure your request is handled. Please review the return and refund policy below:
- Smile On Purpose, LLC's paraphernalia may be exchanged, providing that there are no rips, tears, stains, or stretching of the item
- Items that are being exchanged must not be washed in scented detergent. Any items that are returned will be taken to the Dry Cleaners, before reselling
- Previously worn items will be marked at a discounted price. "Previously worn items" are items that have been returned to Smile On Purpose, LLC
- Items that are being exchanged, via-mail will, be at the expense of the customer
- Items that are being exchanged within 60 miles of Columbia, SC may request for a local meeting area to complete the transaction
- A refund or exchange will not be granted for personalized items
- Refunds are only provided if the customer's order cannot be fulfill
- If a customer is not satisfied with their order and wish to not exchange it, a return can be processed and a credit can be provided and used towards any item, service, or event
- All possible returns, exchanges, or credits must be completed within 60 days of purchase
- There is no expiration date for credit usage. Credits may be applied whenever you are ready
- Refunds are not available for coaching services rendered, unless there was a catastrophic event
- All services are paid upfront
Life happens, we get it. After three consecutive session cancellations, payment will be due before scheduling your next appointment. If Smile On Purpose, LLC personally cancels your appointment three consecutive times, you will be given one free individual session.
